Most single-service projects land within 24–48 hours. The Launch Bundle takes 3–5 days.
Who does the work — AI or humans?+
AI handles ideation, drafting, and production. A senior designer reviews every deliverable before it ships.
How are revisions handled?+
Each package includes one revision round. Request changes from your dashboard and the AI re-runs production.
Do I own the logo, files, and source rights?+
Yes. On full payment you receive complete ownership and the editable source files — vector artwork, layered design files, and website code — with no licensing fees or watermarks.
What's your refund and satisfaction policy?+
Cancel any time before production starts for a full refund. After production begins, your included revision round ensures the final result fits your brand.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We currently accept bank transfer, with card and local wallet options being added. Prices are shown in your local currency for reference; the charge itself is processed in USD.
What's included — and not included — in each package?+
Each package page lists exactly what you get. Websites include design, build, and responsive SEO-ready pages; hosting, domain, and paid stock or product-data entry are quoted separately if you need them. Ask us and we'll confirm before you pay.
What do you need from me to kick off?+
Complete the short guided brief — business name, target audience, style direction, and any existing assets (logo, brand colors, product photos). That's enough for us to start; no meetings required.
Is AI-generated work original and copyright-safe?+
Yes. Every deliverable is generated specifically for your project, reviewed by a senior designer, and cleared for full commercial use. You own the result outright.
Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes — a mutual NDA is included automatically with the Launch Bundle and available on request for any other package.
Can I cancel a retainer?+
Yes, anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
