Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Marketing+ (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Services

Marketing+ provides AI-assisted design and production services including websites, branding, logos, and social media content. Deliverables are produced through a combination of automated tooling and human review.

3. Payment & refunds

All packages are billed up-front. We offer revisions per the tier you selected. Refunds are issued only if work has not yet begun. Custom-quoted projects follow the terms of the statement of work.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, final delivered assets transfer to you with full commercial usage rights. Source files, intermediate drafts, and our proprietary production tooling remain the property of Marketing+.

5. Use of AI

We use AI tools to accelerate production. All output is reviewed by humans before delivery. We don't train third-party models on your confidential briefs or assets.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketing+ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount paid for the affected project.
